How long will my project take?
Stallion Custom Homes project completion times are typically faster than most contractors because we schedule very few projects at a time. For example, we can finish a typical full-scale kitchen or bathroom remodel in 4 to 6 weeks. That includes demo, drywall building/repair and all installation of new materials.
How big is the mess, how bad is the noise?
Pascale and her team work hard to keep the mess as contained as possible. The job site is contained with plastic sheeting and the site is swept and picked up everyday before the crew leaves. Pascale can work with you to determine a work schedule that keeps the “loud” parts of the renovation at an appropriate time of day, making the process the least disruptive to your normal schedule.
When will I get my quote?
After your initial home consultation with Pascale, you can expect to receive your quote via email in one week to 10 days.
What will the quote look like?
The quote will be broken into material costs and labor costs. Stallion Custom homes does NOT mark up any material costs- all receipts for materials obtained by Stallion Custom Homes are submitted directly to the homeowner. If you are having several projects quoted for your house then the quote will additionally be broken up by room.
How does payment work?
When we arrive to your job site on day 1 of the project, a 50% payment is due. When the job is halfway complete, another 40% payment plus supply cost reimbursement due. Once the project is complete, the final 10% and any additional supply costs are required.
