WALL REMOVAL

One of the most common requests when remodeling older homes is to remove walls separating rooms to create open-concept living spaces.

As part of a full-scale remodel of the living and kitchen area in this home, Stallion Custom Homes removed the walls surrounding the fireplace to open the entry and living space. The fireplace was also refaced with custom white stone to give it a modern look.

TRIM & PAINT UPDATE

The formal dining room and entryway in this 1960’s home had seen decades of patching, wallpaper covering, and re-painting. The homeowners wanted fresh, clean trim and molding along with a new paint color to coordinate with their recent kitchen remodel, also completed by Stallion Custom Homes.

Stallion Custom Homes removed and replaced all of the existing crown molding, baseboards, chair rail, and picture molding. All of the walls were also refinished, textured, and painted, giving this dining room and entryway a clean, new look while maintaining the formal style of the spaces.
